Project Incharge

Lead end-to-end rooftop and ground-mount solar executions — from site survey and BOQ finalisation to labour coordination, client handover and AMC hand-off.

  • Nochiyam, Trichy (field travel across Tamil Nadu)
  • 2 – 5 years in solar EPC or construction

Key responsibilities

  • Plan daily site activities and track material/labour deployment
  • Coordinate with clients, electricians and installers for smooth execution
  • Verify site readiness, civil work and mounting structure alignment
  • Prepare as-built drawings, test reports and handover documents
  • Ensure safety compliance and quality checks at every stage

Requirements

  • Diploma or BE in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering
  • Hands-on experience in solar PV project execution
  • Ability to read single-line diagrams, layout drawings and BOQs
  • Basic knowledge of LT/HT safety and earthing practices

Nice to have

  • Experience with DCR/MNRE documentation
  • Two-wheeler with valid licence

Site Installer

Execute physical solar installations including module mounting, DC/AC wiring, inverter termination and commissioning support under the Project Incharge.

Key responsibilities

  • Install module mounting structures as per approved layout
  • Run DC cables, connect strings and terminate at inverter/DB
  • Assist in AC wiring, earthing and lightning protection
  • Perform insulation resistance and continuity tests
  • Maintain tools, safety gear and vehicle readiness

Requirements

  • ITI Electrical / Wireman certification preferred
  • Experience in rooftop solar module and inverter installation
  • Comfortable working at heights with safety harness
  • Valid two-wheeler licence

Sales Executive

Generate leads, conduct site visits, prepare proposals and close residential, commercial and industrial solar deals across Trichy and nearby districts.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect homes, apartments, factories and institutions
  • Conduct site surveys and explain savings, subsidy and EMI options

  • Build referral networks and maintain CRM updates

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA is a plus
  • Proven field sales experience, preferably in solar or construction
  • Strong communication in Tamil and English
  • Self-motivated with two-wheeler and valid licence

Handle AC/DC wiring, distribution board work, earthing and final connections for solar systems in homes, commercial buildings and farms.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute LT panel, MCB/ELCB and inverter output wiring
  • Install earthing pits, lightning arresters and surge protection
  • Test continuity, insulation and polarity before energisation
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults during O&M visits
  • Follow site SOPs and maintain safety standards

Requirements

  • ITI Electrician / Wireman with valid trade certificate
  • Experience in building electrical wiring and three-phase systems
  • Knowledge of IS standards and electrical safety practices
  • Two-wheeler with valid licence preferred
