Quotations and estimates
Savings figures shown on this website, including calculator results, are indicative estimates based on regional averages. A binding quotation is issued only after a physical site survey and remains valid for the period stated on it.
Orders and payment
Work begins after a signed acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the advance stated in it. Remaining payments follow the milestone schedule in the order confirmation. Prices may be revised if module, inverter or steel prices change materially before the order is confirmed.
Site readiness
The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the roof, a shadow-free area as agreed, electrical supply for tools during installation and a suitable location for the inverter and meters. Delays caused by site conditions may affect the schedule.
Installation and timelines
Installation dates are planned in good faith and may shift due to weather, material availability or utility approvals. We will keep you informed of any change to the agreed schedule.
Warranty
Solar modules carry the manufacturer's performance and product warranty, inverters carry the manufacturer's warranty, and our workmanship warranty applies as stated in your order. Warranty does not cover damage from unauthorised modification, misuse, theft, vandalism or acts of nature.
Subsidy and net metering
We prepare and submit subsidy and net-metering applications on your behalf, but approval, timelines and disbursement rest entirely with the relevant government body and distribution utility. We cannot guarantee the amount or date of any subsidy payment.
Generation estimates
Estimated generation is modelled on typical irradiance for the region. Actual output varies with weather, shading, cleaning frequency and grid availability, and is not a guaranteed figure unless specified separately in a performance contract.
Service and maintenance
Free service visits within the workmanship warranty period are as stated in your order. Additional cleaning, breakdown or annual maintenance work is chargeable unless covered by an active maintenance contract.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the work supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of production or revenue, arising from equipment failure or grid outages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
